Janet, General Manager – With over 20 years in hospitality, Janet has what it takes to ensure things run smoothly while overseeing our amazing teams. She trains, mentors and checks on all of our cleaning & laundry crew.

Shane, President & Head of Maintenance – 20+ years as a licensed carpenter. WETT certified. Home inspector. Fire Extinguisher Inspector (NFPA 10). Fire fighter. Pool & Hot tub services. There’s not much this guy can’t do!

Ashley, Sales & Operations – Ashley brings years of experience within hospitality, mixed with a strong background in recruitment. Her passion is finding the right people, mentoring, and working closely with all of our team members and clients. In addition, she thrives on sales & marketing to continually increase occupancy rates & profits.

Gord – Maintenance/lawns/snow removal expert!

What’s Included in our Commission:

Bookings, changes, cancelations, guest communications

Responding to any guest issues/concerns/ 24/7

Keeping listings fresh and up to date, adjusting pricing, description, etc. as required

Staffing – ensuring everything is on time and taken care of

Tasks such as testing smoke alarms & changing batteries, furnace filters, water filters & softeners

Keeping all supplies stocked – cleaning supplies, washroom & kitchen essentials

Changing codes/locks as needed

Annual fire extinguisher inspections/tagging for renewals

Handling any special requests from guests
